Northamptonshire CC is overhauling its scrutiny function following a scathing report by the Centre for Public Scrutiny (CfPS).
The current four scrutiny committees will be replaced by one that will focus on the council’s budget and recovery plan after the beleaguered council issued two Section 114 notices.
