Southwark LBC has reached out to communities secretary Sajid Javid to discuss the stalled redevelopment and legal fight over its Aylesbury housing estate.
The council has been granted permission for a judicial review after the Government blocked a compulsory purchase order (CPO) of eight properties the authority said was necessary to proceed with a regeneration scheme.
