Striking a winning hit for change

There is nothing more likely to lead to failure, under-achievement and demotivation than leaders who constantly spend their time and energy talking their organisations down and/or moaning about the unfairness of the position in which they and organisations find themselves and how difficult it is going to be address their problems.

Sadly, in contemporary local government, I come across too many pessimists and too few optimists.
