Former Essex CC chief executive Joanna Killian has been named as the new chief at Surrey CC.
Ms Killian was chief executive of Essex CC for nine years, before taking up a post with consultancy giant KPMG in 2015, a move she described at the time as ‘the hardest decision of my career’.
