Take local people with you on COVID, says ADPH

The need to take action ‘with, and through local people’ is at the heart of a 10-point blueprint from the Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH) to inform policy, practice and decision making on COVID-19.

A ‘strong three-way contract’ between the people, local systems and national government ‘is essential to creating a ‘clear and consistent public narrative’, says the guidance for directors of public health.
