A long term self-sustaining scheme in Adur and Worthing which uses the natural environment to help people overcome a range of health and wellbeing issues has clear benefits, says Alex Bailey

If you go down to the woods today in either Adur or Worthing you’re likely to see Gwenn Parker-Tregoat. She always has a smile on her face, gently cajoling and mucking in as local residents get up to all kinds of stuff they’ve never tried before.
