Twas ever thus. You wait nine months for the policy bus to arrive, and then three come at the same time. First we had the industrial strategy green paper, followed shortly by the Brexit white paper and, most recently, the housing white paper.
After a nine month wait, 2017 has started with announcements positively queuing up. There’s a lot for cities and other places to digest in these proposals. Each has far-reaching consequences.
