Three-year rates revaluation cycle to come to Scotland

The Scottish Government will introduce a three-year business rates revaluation cycle to ensure the system responds to changing economic conditions.

A briefing by the Scottish Government also confirmed that the appeals system will be reformed to reduce the number of speculative appeals.
