Time to rethink going back to work

In our recent survey of pre-COVID office-based staff, more than four out of five said they would rather work more from home than the office.

For me, this vindicates our work over the last 16 months in supporting colleagues at home to maintain service provision and heralds a desire to reimagine our work going forward.

Although Government announcements have indicated we are entering a new phase with legal restrictions being lifted, there remains a personal responsibility to do the right thing. There is also a real appetite to work differently to further enhance service delivery and improve people’s work life balance.
