Three Welsh councils have signed up to Capita IT software to help address issues impacting vulnerable children and families.
Gwynedd Council, Rhondda Cynon Taf CBC and Wrexham CBC have agreed to implement the One Analytics programme, which enables officers to assess how well children on free school meals are performing compared to their peers.
