The head of the Government’s Troubled Families programme has expressed her confidence about the future of the initiative after ministers confirmed its expansion.
Louise Casey told The MJ she ‘felt a lot more confident’ after the ‘extraordinary achievement of turning round 53,000 families’ and the announcement that a further 400,000 chaotic households will be helped.
