Unions divided over Scottish councils' pay offer

Scottish local authorities’ latest pay offer has received a mixed reaction from union members.

Unison workers have overwhelmingly voted to accept the offer from the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA), but Unite members rejected the offer by a narrow margin in their ballot.
