Greater Manchester is learning from the mistakes of the capital, the leader of Trafford MBC has said.
Speaking to his southern counterparts at the London Councils Summit today, Cllr Sean Anstee said that while the boroughs of Greater Manchester looked to London with ‘admiration’, they ‘also look at London for what we should not do and the lessons we can learn’.
