When commissioning tribes go to war

So how come we can organise an Olympics but all too easily get into a mess when we try to commission services? If we are going to deliver differently with less, it’s something we’ve got to get right.

Done well, commissioning brings new energy and rigour to the practice of policy-making. It makes us think more creatively about how best to source the delivery of outcomes.
