I parked the motor the other day to make a visit to a public khazi.
Blow me, but the building was all shut with a sign from some council jobsworth, with the words ‘community’ and ‘engagement’ in his title and a logo with the words ‘working for a safer, cleaner, healthier future’ saying basically the town hall doesn’t do khazis anymore, go to the nearest Starbucks.
