If the politicians think I’m going to cough up yet another tax for councils they can think again.
I already pay one set of income taxes and I’m not paying another just to keep feather-bedded town hall pen pushers in free parking and fork out for comfy allowances for councillors and as many hobnobs as they can stuff into their gobs, and nor do I give a toss about ‘devolution’ whatever that means.
