Worthing agrees modular housing deal with Swedish firm

A Swedish modular homebuilder has secured its first agreement in the UK  for a decade with Worthing BC.

The council will grant a licence to Boklok to build up to 162 homes on its land in Worthing, in return for 30% of the completed homes in lieu of payment.
