Charity alliance makes social care plea to PM

Major care organisations joined forces to deliver a letter to 10 Downing Street today calling on the prime minister to urgently increase funding to the sector in the Spending Review next week. 

In the letter, a shortened version of which can be read below, the Care and Support Alliance (CSA) warned David Cameron of the ‘mounting evidence’ to support care professionals’ claims that the system is now in crisis.
