Council awards £2m charging contract

Manufacturer and operator Chargemaster has been awarded a £2m contract by Nottingham City Council to install around 230 new electric vehicle charging points.

The charging points, which will support the growing number of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles on the roads, will be installed in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire and Derby over the next three years.
