Labour has accused the Conservatives of recycling money following George Osborne’s announcement of an extra £2bn for the NHS.
Speaking yesterday on BBC One’s The Andrew Marr Show, the chancellor said he would reveal the extra funding on Wednesday as part of his Autumn Statement to boost frontline services.
