‘Major governance failures’ found in South Ribble BC

An investigation into South Ribble BC’s handling of a safeguarding review has uncovered ‘major corporate governance failures’.

The review accused Ribble BC of showing a ‘lack of regard’ to safeguarding policies and highlighted ‘weak political and senior management leadership’.
