Theresa May must launch ‘grown-up’ devolution deals if the country is to overturn a £190bn inclusivity gap between regions, according to a report.
The RSA Inclusive Growth Commission’s interim report today urged the Government to make a ‘serious commitment’ in November’s Autumn Statement to ensure ‘overlooked’ areas outside the largest cities ‘share the benefits of investment and devolution’.
