Misconduct charges against Caerphilly chiefs dropped

Misconduct charges against three senior Caerphilly CBC officers at the centre of a pay scandal have been dropped.

Chief executive Anthony O’Sullivan, his deputy Nigel Barnett and head of legal services Daniel Perkins were arrested on suspicion of fraud and misconduct in public office in 2013 and had been since then suspended on full pay.
