More devolution to fast-growth cities needed

Britain’s five ‘fast-growth cities’ need to be higher on the devolution agenda or risk economic stagnation, a report has warned.

Think tank Centre for Cities said Cambridge, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Swindon and Norwich needed the same ‘tailored policy support’ currently available to cities like Greater Manchester and Sheffield.
