‘Multiple opportunities’ were missed to prevent the Grenfell Tower from being clad in dangerous materials, the council at the centre of the tragedy has said.
In written evidence to the inquiry into the June 2017 fire, Kensington & Chelsea LBC said it ‘apologises unreservedly for its failings’.
