Parenting campaign group Mumsnet is calling on local authorities to publish their parental leave policies in a bid to help job seekers.
A recent survey revealed that 84% of Mumsnet members feel parental leave policies are important for them when applying for jobs – but two thirds avoided the issue at interview stage for fear of giving a bad impression.
