Details of how the Government-appointed commissioners will oversee Rotherham MBC have now been agreed.
Five commissioners were appointed by communities secretary Eric Pickles, who intervened in February in the aftermath of Louise Casey’s report into the child sexual exploitation scandal at the local authority.
