Using data on the frontline

No one can argue with the fact that children’s social care professionals are working in an ever more challenging environment.

In spite of this, the team at Newcastle City Council is being positive and focusing on improving key services to families by using data to support frontline practice, rather than as boxes that need to be ticked.
