Yorkshire-wide devolution bid ditched

Ambitious devolution proposals for the whole of Yorkshire appear to have been ditched.

The idea of a Yorkshire-wide bid has failed to get enough support, but West Yorkshire leaders are still trying to get York, Harrogate, Selby and Craven to sign up to a joint submission.
