Revised Best Value notices for two authorities

Two authorities have been issued with revised Best Value notices by ministers after it was found more improvement work was required.

Middlesbrough Council and Cambridge and Peterborough Combined Authority were both first issued with Best Values Notices from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) a year ago.
