Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority and Middlesbrough Council have received Best Value Notices.
They were issued by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) after ministers expressed ‘concern’ over the authorities’ ‘capacity to comply with Best Value Duty’.
