Achieving earned autonomy

Staffordshire CC’s success in being one of only 11 English authorities to be awarded Earned Autonomy Funding to deliver the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government’s Troubled Families programme means we can make a difference to people’s lives.

The Troubled Families programme, known in Staffordshire as Building Resilient Families and Communities (BRFC), is achieving good things.
