Housing secretary James Brokenshire has criticised London boroughs after statistics showed a ‘mixed picture’ across the capital in the number of additional homes in 2017/18.
Six boroughs were in the top 40 list of net addition rates per 1,000 dwellings, but eight of the capital’s councils were in the bottom 40.
