Care Act in 2016 will be a challenge

These days no major change programme can be effectively implemented without supportive information systems. 

The Association of Directors of Adult Social Services’ Informatics Network (AIN) under Terry Dafter’s leadership has been working with software application providers for more than 18 months to ensure it planned the necessary upgrades with their council customers for the Care Act.
