Coming up for air – what councils need to think about

Children are back in school, the target date for lifting social distancing rules is 21 June and the aim is to offer a COVID-19 jab to every adult by the end of July. So it’s business as usual. Or is it?

Two issues for councils to think about: the life experiences of the vast majority of children and the small minority of children who have been significantly affected by the lockdown.
