Local government leaders or metro mayors should chair Integrated care systems (ICSs) partnerships, according to a new report from the cross-party Health Devolution Commission.
ICSs partnerships also need to include a range of members from the NHS, local government, universities, local enterprise partnerships, the voluntary sector and patient representative bodies, said the report launched today.
