The first stand-alone capital investment vehicle in the north-east has been created by Durham Council.
Small and medium enterprise (SME) investment specialist, Maven Capital Partners, will work with the council on a £20m programme assisting 70 companies in the first decade access cash ranging from £10,000 to six-figure sums.
