Council moves to generate income

Test Valley BC expects to rake in £1.3m from a project to generate additional income this financial year.

It comes after money funnelled through Project Enterprise, which was created in 2014, earned the council £843,000 more than if its balances had remained in its cash investment portfolio, which generated an average return of 0.7% in 2016/17.
