Council vows to challenge Government's data sharing rules

A Scottish council has vowed to challenge the Government’s restrictive rules on information sharing with local authorities.

Inverclyde Council has taken issue with the Department for Work and Pensions’ (DWP) refusal to share information with one council department that has already been shared with another department.
