Councils win right to challenge hospital downgrade

Four Oxfordshire councils have won a fresh hearing over plans to downgrade services at a local hospital.

Cherwell, South Northamptonshire and Stratford-on-Avon DCs, along with Banbury Town Council, have been granted the right to challenge the way the consultation was run and make the case for a full judicial review.
