Since I last wrote in The MJ in April, I’m pleased to say the Alliance we formed in July 2020 between Boston BC and East Lindsey DC has continued to go from strength-to-strength. In that time, we have achieved a lot to be proud of: continuing to bring our shared workforce closer together, and establishing a ground-breaking new partnership.

July saw us celebrate the first anniversary of our One Team Alliance and it provided us with an opportunity to look back on what our teams had achieved during our first year.
