Criticised council makes SEND investment

Bristol City Council has pledged to spend £29m on capital works to boost services for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Mayor Marvin Rees has admitted to ‘historical failures’ in the provision of SEND in the wake of watchdog criticism.
