Designing a new apprenticeship for the sector

A few months ago I carried out an interview with the owner of a local café. I was speaking to him as part of a service design project looking at what tools people need to help them thrive in Adur and Worthing.

The field work was supporting a group looking at how people sometimes fail to thrive due to financial issues. We had developed a theory – based on the group’s experience, knowledge and insights – that when people have the right financial skills, they thrive financially.
