‘Ditch big, top-down solutions,’ councils told

‘Transformation is dead’ and should be replaced by rapid cycles of discovery and experimentation, Simon Parker, Redbridge LBC’s corporate director of strategy and former director of think-tank NLGN, has proclaimed.

Writing for The MJ this week, he called on councils to ditch the search for ‘big, top-down technical solutions,’ arguing the big wins do not lie in ‘big bang technology’ but in the ‘human relationships’ this enables.
