Local government expert Max Caller has been called in to carry out a corporate governance review of Northumberland CC.
Mr Caller, who has previously conducted reviews on behalf of the Government at Nottingham and Liverpool city councils and is a commissioner at Slough Council, will undertake the corporate governance review at the behest of the council itself.
