EXCLUSIVE: Diversity gap plaguing sector leadership roles

Chief executives have been urged to embrace diversity after exclusive research revealed fears that women and minority groups were continuing to hit a glass ceiling.

A joint The MJ/Public Sector People Managers’ Association (PPMA) survey showed two-thirds of HR professionals feared people with disabilities were struggling to break through to senior positions.
