It seems that flamboyant house style guru Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen’s love of vibrancy is being reined in by Cotswold DC.
The man not noted for his love of muted colours has been told by the local planning authority that he can paint an annex at his 16th century manor house home any colour at all – as long as it’s grey. Dulux’s ‘flake grey’ to be specific.
