Harnessing tech in Harrow

I would describe Harrow as a ‘commercial council’ and I’m always encouraging staff to think of ways of being more businesslike by focusing more on the income side.

That’s one of our priorities as we look to meet the financial pressures that face us – and we’re proud of the way we’re not just cutting back.
