A cross-party demand for fairer council tax and local government funding has been sent to Secretary of State Robert Jenrick by Hartlepool BC.
In a letter signed by Hartlepool’s independent council leader Shane Moore, Conservative Group leader Mike Young and Labour Group leader Brenda Harrison, the borough calls for a fairer system which delivers on the Government’s levelling up agenda.
