Health and care 'pretending' they are fully integrated system

A senior health figure has warned that fundamental barriers to integration remain amid warnings the NHS is gearing up for its most severe winter yet.

This weekend, NHS Providers, the association for hospital, mental health, community and ambulance service trusts, demanded between £200m and £350m from the Government to stave off a crisis during the winter months.
